Adidas : King Of The Road
I'm all set for tomorrow's Adidas : King Of The Road run at Shah Alam. I'll be running for 11km run lol. Last week was 5km (30 min). My target is to finish this run within 1hr 10 min. Let's see if I can do it! Ok lar! Gotta wake up at 4am!. Going to bed now!

It took me 1hr and 15 min (75 min)

I was very active in participating such run last time...
now very busy with my works bro, anyway i never stop jog at least three times a week...
my personal best for 10km is 45min s bro...
next time u just inform me if there r any run like this, at least one week before it...
