Body Pump & Sushi King
Phewww! Yea! body pump again :P. Last Wednesday, me, Naomi, Shirley, Kim and Kakit workout together for body pump at California Fitness. I plan this out 1 week earlier, and all turn up :). It was really fun to do in a group! Kim and Shirley struggle a bit since it was their first class :). After 1 hour of working out, we head to Sushi King for dinner. We ate alot! Damn hungry! hehe.
